Administrative Officer (N4-N3)

Duties & Responsibilities

- Manage, organize and maintain Managing Director's time calendar, scheduling and reminding appointments.

- Make travel arrangements for Japanese and accompanying personnel which include reservations, VISA applications, airline, car rental, hotel, etc.

- Receive and distribute relevant information to/from internal and external sources by telephone, email, or in person.

- Support in meetings, conferences, and day-to-day activities of Managing Director.

- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

 

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Arts, Humanities, or related fields.

Customer Relationship Management Officer

Duties & Responsibilities

- Update customer's demand to planning with accuracy.

- Control special operation upon HQ & Customer specification.

- Follow up logistics in Bangkok and Overseas.

- Suggest customer's priority to planning and related parties.

Equipment Engineer

Duties & Responsibilities

- Responsible maintenance of machines and production equipment (including maintenance planning).

- Responsible for machine trouble reports and provided services and a suggestion for basic machine issue.

- Analyze equipment malfunctions and failures and accordingly develop corrective actions.

- Develop preventive maintenance procedures to reduce equipment failures.

- Responsible evaluation of new product (including evaluation planning).

- Responsible for evaluation reports and provided basic parameter of machine issue.

- Analyze product failures and yield improvement.

HR Section Chief

Duties & Responsibilities

- Handle full spectrum of HRM functions.

- In charge of recruitment, employee engagement, com & ben, payroll, HRIS and legal and compliance.

Production Planning Officer

Duties & Responsibilities

- Make daily input plan to meet the customer shipment PO.

- Create, Modify Monthly Plan to meet customer demand with full utilization of manpower & machine to achieve budget targets.

- Adjust plan for resolving production issues to minimize delays in production.

- Coordinating adjust production operations in accordance with material, manpower, and equipment availability.

- Effecting changes to production schedules to ensure that production deadlines are met.

- Promptly informing the relevant departments of changes to current production schedules.

- Conduct Production Confirmation meeting to verify machine capacity, material and manpower.

- Arrange machine with Engineer to make type set up, sample making, DR4, 3 lots confirmation, PM.

- Make Machine allocation by customer demand and issue Daily M/C type change schedule for Engineer and MFG.

- Ensuring the timely approval of DR4 or 3-lot confirmation to start mass production as the planned schedule.

- Control to achieved Production Plan for continuously & achieved the capacity utilization.

- Control inventory turnover.

- Test current products and identifying deficiencies.
