Job Description

Develop and improve electrical systems in buildings and production areas, such as lighting, power distribution, and control systems.
Support the setup and maintenance of automation systems, including PLC, SCADA, and BAS (Building Automation System).
Work with a team to solve electrical problems and find the root cause when equipment or systems have issues.
Regularly inspect and check electrical equipment to make sure everything is safe and works well.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors during equipment installation or system upgrades.
Prepare or update technical documents, control diagrams, and system drawings.
Make sure all electrical work follows safety rules and industry standards.
Help improve energy efficiency and reduce downtime through smarter electrical planning.

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electrical control systems, or electrical communications engineering.
0–3 years of experience in facility engineering or related work (New graduates are welcome).
Basic understanding of BAS, SCADA, PLC, and other automation systems
Able to read and understand electrical and control diagrams
Knowledge of electrical safety, power distribution, and system design.
Comfortable using tools like AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and other basic software.
Strong problem-solving ability and logical thinking.
Can work under pressure and adapt to unexpected situations.
Willing to learn new systems, improve existing processes, and take initiative.
Good teamwork and communication skills, especially when working with technicians, contractors, or external vendors.
Basic English reading and writing skills are preferred (TOEIC score 550+ is a plus but not required)
May need to wear a cleanroom suit when entering cleanroom.
Occasionally required to work overtime during holidays (e.g., New Year, Songkran), depending on system maintenance schedules.
This role may require hands-on work, including climbing ladders, entering ceiling spaces, or accessing equipment in tight areas.
