Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and improve electrical systems in buildings and production areas, such as lighting, power distribution, and control systems.
  • Support the setup and maintenance of automation systems, including PLC, SCADA, and BAS (Building Automation System).
  • Work with a team to solve electrical problems and find the root cause when equipment or systems have issues.
  • Regularly inspect and check electrical equipment to make sure everything is safe and works well.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors during equipment installation or system upgrades.
  • Prepare or update technical documents, control diagrams, and system drawings.
  • Make sure all electrical work follows safety rules and industry standards.
  • Help improve energy efficiency and reduce downtime through smarter electrical planning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electrical control systems, or electrical communications engineering.
  • 0–3 years of experience in facility engineering or related work (New graduates are welcome).
  • Basic understanding of BAS, SCADA, PLC, and other automation systems
  • Able to read and understand electrical and control diagrams
  • Knowledge of electrical safety, power distribution, and system design.
  • Comfortable using tools like AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and other basic software.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and logical thinking.
  • Can work under pressure and adapt to unexpected situations.
  • Willing to learn new systems, improve existing processes, and take initiative.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills, especially when working with technicians, contractors, or external vendors.
  • Basic English reading and writing skills are preferred (TOEIC score 550+ is a plus but not required)
  • May need to wear a cleanroom suit when entering cleanroom.
  • Occasionally required to work overtime during holidays (e.g., New Year, Songkran), depending on system maintenance schedules.
  • This role may require hands-on work, including climbing ladders, entering ceiling spaces, or accessing equipment in tight areas.
