Job Description

Server Administration: Maintain, control, and continuously improve all IS servers to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
Data Management: Control, manage, and safeguard test data files and oversee data flow within the test process to ensure data integrity and compliance.
IT Support for Test Process: Provide full support, troubleshooting, and management for all machine computers and IT equipment used in the test process, ensuring seamless operation and minimal downtime.
Security Control: Implement and monitor security protocols for test machine computers, proactively identifying and mitigating security risks.
Application & Database Development: Develop, maintain, and enhance applications (primarily using C#) and manage associated databases, including the test summary application to support process improvement and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Network Engineering or Information Technology.
Experience: 0–2 years in system administration, server management, or IT support (fresh graduates with strong internships/projects welcome).
Hands-on experience with Windows server administration.
Good understanding of data management and data flow in production/test environments.
Programming skills in C# or a similar language.
Database knowledge (SQL Server, Oracle, or similar).
Familiar with IT equipment setup, troubleshooting, and security best practices.
Able to analyze complex issues, troubleshoot independently, and provide practical solutions under pressure.
Service-oriented, detail-minded, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies and improve processes.
Good command of English (reading technical documents, writing basic emails).

Bonus Points

Experience in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with IT security frameworks or compliance standards.
Knowledge of automation or scripting for IT operations (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
A TOEIC score of 550 or above will be considered an advantage (Not required).
